We enjoyed a lovely stay at Barton Hall. The spacious room came with a sumptuous four-poster bed that made sleeping a delight. The en-suite bathroom was impressively large, with a cast iron bath perfect for unwinding. Breakfast each morning was truly excellent, showcasing a vast selection of cereals and fresh fruits. The dining room itself had a phenomenal feel. The owner was wonderfully accommodating, offering helpful tours of the house that added a personal touch to our experience. sharing the shower with other guests might be a concern for families or those who value privacy. Despite this, our stay was very good value, making us eager to return in autumn. The house's grand features and cleanliness stood out. The only downside was maybe the lack of toiletries provided, so bringing your own could enhance the stay.

The owners were incredible, making us feel at home! The breakfast was A1, even got to chat with the staff like old friends.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still reasonable.

Spacious room, great outdoor dining area for meals with dogs. free Wi-Fi works well. Shared kitchen could use a bit more upkeep.

charming stay with a couple of quirks
The beautiful grounds created a serene atmosphere that truly enhances relaxation. Breakfast was a highlight with a wide selection, and the owner's readiness to assist with takeaway made our stay more enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the picturesque garden view, which served as a perfect backdrop for our family’s getaway.
The presence of spiders in our room was a slightly unsettling experience.

What a stunning place! The decor is like stepping back in time, and the rooms are cozy and spacious. Plus, you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure – paws up for that!
The only downside? I wasn’t quite ready to leave, so I should've booked a longer stay! My dog enjoyed it so much. I swear she started plotting to move in!
